We are a well established private practice located near Paradise Valley looking for a Back office Assistant to assist our highly successful dental team! Must be a team player and willing to go above and beyond for our patients. Office hours are Monday-Thursday with Paid Holiday and vacation time off. Offering competitive pay with Medical benefits, 401K, Sick time and disability. We are looking for a candidate that is X-ray certified, familiar with Dentrix software, Knows how to pack cord and make temporaries. - · Seat patients note any Medical changes, Patient concerns etc.
· Assist Dr with procedures ranging from fillings to crown preps.
· Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
· Sterilize instruments according to regulations
· Make sure the schedule runs on time
· Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Skills
· Must be X-ray certified
· Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
· Understanding of health & safety regulations
· Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks such as coronal polishing.
· Good computer skills
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Attention to detail
· Well-organized and reliable
· Must have Dentrix Knowledge
