Job Description
The ideal candidates job will be handling front reception responsibilities as well as being cross trained in clinical responsibilities.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Assist the endodontist with root canals, x-rays, and other endodontic procedures.
Sterilize and prepare instruments, equipment, and operatories.
Take digital radiographs and maintain patient records.
Ensure patients are comfortable during treatment.
Educate patients on post-procedure care and answer any questions.
Reception Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner.
Schedule patient appointments
Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage patient communications.
Verify insurance information and handle billing inquiries.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
