Our family oriented orthodontic practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

We are a long established orthodontic practice in San Pedro, treating children/adults since 1997.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and professional orthodontic front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of dentistry, exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Responsibilities/Skills

Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not required
Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment (computer skills)
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work
Strong proof-reading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation
