Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RDA Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Pediatric dental clinic. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Chair side Assisting during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment before and after procedures.
Experience with X-Ray procedures/ intra oral images and safety regulations is required.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient information using Dentrix software.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Support pediatric dentistry by providing compassionate care to younger patients.
Sterilize and Set up Operatory Rooms.
Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred; familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix is highly desirable.
Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records management is essential.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
