TAKE CHARGE, MOTIVATED, Self-Starting Dental Office Hygiene Coordinatior:full time position, Monday to Friday.
We are a premium private dental practice, solo practitioner (Fee-for-service) located in Brentwood 90049, Westside Los Angeles. Our practice has an emphasis on cosmetic dentistry, restorative procedures, and dental hygiene. We have been long established and have a great reputation in the community and world at large!
Your Duties include: Calling and scheduling patients for hygiene appointments, checking in/checking out hygiene patients in the office, collecting payments, printing superbills, managing hygiene schedule, answering telephones, as well as reminder calls for appointments.
You will show our patients extreme care and compassion by how FRIENDLY you are with them, anticipating their needs, being courteous to them, and making their appointment a great experience!
Minimum 2 years of experience and proficiency in Dentrix is a MUST. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a busy office. We seek someone who is a motivated, organized self-starter who is committed to learning and growth.
