Job Description

We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality that is a quick learner to join our practice! We are located in Black Canyon City, just a 10 minute drive from Anthem! This position has a lot of room for growth, as we are relatively new and are growing and need someone who can grow with us!

Basic reception job duties include
- Greet patients cheerfully!
- Checking patients in/out
- Confirming appointments.
- Ordering Supplies & Restocking
- Verifying Insurance
- Coordinating schedule for providers & keeping it full!
- Helping front to back patient flow go smoothly!
- Scanning & Shredding
- End of Day deposit reports
- Treatment Planning (can train!)
