Job description
We are looking for a new team member to join our stellar front office staff. We are a busy dental practice located in downtown Portland with four wonderful doctors.
Applicants must be professional, honest, and dependable with the ability to follow directions. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE DENTAL OFFICE FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE.
You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and order of the dental office, collect patient co-pays, discuss treatment, patient insurance, and account balances, as well as scheduling, and patient management.
You will help to manage new patients’ smooth transition into the practice, and existing patients’ ongoing dental care, along with communication with patients during treatment, and communication with specialty offices.
The position is for:
This position is Three days a week
Our office is open Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:00 and Fridays 7:30-1:00.
