Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the clinical team, ensuring adherence to best practices in dental care.

Oversee the execution of dental procedures, including chairside assisting, sterilization, and inventory management.

Train and mentor team members on clinical techniques, technology, and software such as Invisalign and CEREC.

Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, including treatment planning, treatment notes, and vital signs.

Support the wellness-focused approach by educating patients on oral health and holistic well-being.

Monitor compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and office policies.

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that aligns with our office values.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the clinical team to enhance the patient experience.
Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting, with leadership experience preferred.

Proficiency in dental software systems such Invisalign and CEREC.

Strong knowledge of dental procedures, patient care techniques, and infection control standards.

Ability to assess vital signs and assist in treatment planning.
