Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the clinical team, ensuring adherence to best practices in dental care.

• Oversee the execution of dental procedures, including chairside assisting, sterilization, and inventory management.

• Train and mentor team members on clinical techniques, technology, and software such as Invisalign and CEREC.

• Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, including treatment planning, treatment notes, and vital signs.

• Support the wellness-focused approach by educating patients on oral health and holistic well-being.

• Monitor compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and office policies.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that aligns with our office values.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the clinical team to enhance the patient experience.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting, with leadership experience preferred.

• Proficiency in dental software systems such Invisalign and CEREC.

• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, patient care techniques, and infection control standards. 

• Ability to assess vital signs and assist in treatment planning.

• Passion for teamwork, patient education, and fostering a supportive work environment.
