Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients with scheduling, appointment confirmations, and treatment coordination
- Manage last-minute cancellations, emergency appointments, and follow-ups
- Handle insurance claims, including follow-ups on denials and outstanding claims
- Help prepare and send financial agreements and treatment cost breakdowns
- Respond to calls, texts, emails and general patient and vendor inquiries as needed
- Ensure HIPAA & OSHA compliance within the office
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a dental office with a team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with dental software & scheduling systems
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
- Professionalism and a strong work ethic in a growing, fast-paced environment
- A patient, friendly, compassionate personality, committed to helping others
- Radiology certification (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to assist with back-office sterilization & operatory setup (a plus)
Schedule:
- 8 hour day shift
- Monday to Friday
