Treatment Coordinator for pedo/ortho office

So, this isn't going to be your typical job posting. You've been warned.

First off, we are Sweet Tooth Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry and we are hiring for a full-time DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR.

Dental experience is REQUIRED.
Pediatric experience is preferred.
Orthodontic experience is preferred.
Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement.

The type of person we are looking for is someone who is reliable, motivated, warm and welcoming, has a spirit of willingness and helpfulness and a can-do attitude.

Experience we are looking for:
- 2 years dental front office experience, with treatment planning presentation
- knowledgeable and proficient in Dentrix
- understands basics of how to read a ledger
- some knowledge of dental insurances
- customer service communications (phone skills, in-person interactions)

Now that the formalities are over with, please allow me to be upfront and real about our office and the kind of person we're looking to add to the team :)

Is working on an awesome sauce team one of your priorities? Great! Cause we've got teammates who won't drain the life out of you, talk smack behind your back, or try to micromanage you. Although you can technically make a ME out of TEAM, we work together. If you're not up for that, we're not down for you.

Need a proper work-life balance? Our business is open Monday - Friday 8a-5p with weekends off. Have a family? So do we! and we'd actually like to see them! Also, we only work with nice patients and parents. We make sure to kick the shitty ass parents out the door. Asta la Vista!

I bet you're wondering about pay. We knew it, that's why we offer competitive compensation. Dr isn't a cheap ass.

Speaking of the doctors, they won't cheat, lie, and overall jack up people's mouths to make production. They won't throw instruments or trash talk you in front of patients. They're actually normal human beings. Who would have thought?

Ever fallen asleep or gotten extremely bored during your shift? We're all guilty of it, it's okay. However, forget all the elevator music, eugenol smell and fake plants you have to dust off in your spare time. Let's watch Disney movies, tell corny jokes and act like one of the kids.
