Job Description

We are a beautiful private dental office in Scottsdale looking for a full time front office assistant. Our referral based practice offers a full time position with office hours as follows: Mondays and Tuesdays from 8-4 and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8-5. We offer Simple IRA, Health Benefits, and monthly bonus systems. Our office provides dental excellence in cosmetic and general dentistry along with Invisalign. We are a Delta Dental premier provider, otherwise indemnity only. We are searching for a candidate with the following skills: Team Player- Multi-tasking- Customer Service; Answering Telephones- Scheduling Appointments- Maintaining Appointment Book- Confirming Appointments- Post charges and payments to patient accounts- Checking voicemail/email daily-- Knowledge of insurance plans and basic dental terminology
