High-end cosmetic and general dental office looking for a charming and capable dental front office manager and treatment plan coordinator who is full of energy, upbeat, reliable, a team player, and a good communicator. We are a dental practice providing state of the art technology. We treat a wide array of simple to complex restorative and surgical cases.
Ideal attributes: confident, capable, energetic, organized, reliable, good note taker, and someone looking for long-term employment.
The position is available as full-time or part-time.
Required Skills:
- Computer literacy - we are a paperless/digital office (entering patient notes and dental codes)
- Answering phone calls and scheduling patients
- Customer service
- Insurance verification
- Presenting complex treatment plans
- Converting treatment plans into scheduled and completed treatment
