RDA - Orthodontic/Pediatric Assistant

About Us:
We are a private pediatric and orthodontic dental practice with two pediatric dentists. Our team is very easy-going, and we are looking for a TEAM player who is skilled, caring, adaptable, honest, and enthusiastic. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and work well with both children and adults.

Preferred Experience:

• Dentrix and Ortho 2 EDGE software experience (preferred, but not required)
• Experience with digital scanning (I-Tero, Medit), x-rays, and photos
• Experience in assisting with both pediatric and orthodontic procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing patient records and imaging (including digital scanning, x-rays, and photos)
• Assisting with both pediatric and orthodontic dental procedures
• Communicating treatment plans with patients and parents
• Providing excellent customer service
• Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications:

• RDA certification
• Excellent people skills
• Enthusiastic, caring, and adaptable personality
