Job Overview
Dental experience required - 1- 2 years requiredWe are seeking a dedicated and professional dental insurance verification person.
Responsibilities- Insurance verification ,entering in dental benefits and break down of coverage in the computer with Dentrix software.- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.Experience- Previous experience in dental front desk or administrative role is required.- Proficiency in data entry, calendar management, and general office software is essential. Dentrix is our software.- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm & Every other Friday 7am -12
