Job Overview
Looking for a motivated dentist to join our office. Either part time or full time. We are 90% PPO. If associate likes the fit they can buy into the existing office or grow into a DSO as a partner. If they just want to work as an associate they obviously can just be an associate as well. We like to have a stress free environment where we offer high quality dentistry at a reasonable price.
Office is equipped with CT machine, Digital Scanner, and soft tissue laser. We have hygiene so Dr. is not responsible to do hygiene unless they want to for additional production. We have OS once a month so they can refer out OS if they dont feel comfortable.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions. This role requires excellent patient interaction skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine oral health needs and treatment plans.
Perform general dentistry procedures, including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using Eaglesoft software.
Implement infection control protocols and ensure adherence to aseptic techniques during all procedures.
Provide exceptional patient care by addressing concerns, educating patients on oral hygiene, and offering preventive care recommendations.
Stay updated on advancements in dental practices and techniques, particularly in pediatrics when treating younger patients.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
Skills
Proficiency in general dentistry practices and procedures.
Strong patient assessment capabilities to identify oral health issues effectively.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental management software for medical documentation.
Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques in a clinical setting.
Ability to perform dental extractions with precision and care.
Excellent patient care skills that foster trust and comfort among patients.
Understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is a plus.

Pay: $300,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
