Experienced Front Office Team Member

Hello! Our growing team is looking for an outgoing/positive/energetic/helpful person to join our front office. Someone with dental experience is preferred as we are a very fast paced and busy office. We work really hard but like to have fun and bond while we work. Dentrix experience is preferred and someone who works well with a large team is a must. We also ask that our team members enjoy being on the phone and contacting patients to schedule their treatment and recare appointments.

We have a generous bonus structure and are well rewarded for helping the office to be as productive as possible. Each individual is highly valued for their efforts in creating a successful and winning atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with checking patients in, confirming appointments, answering phone calls, reviewing consent forms with patients, presenting small treatment plans and helping other team members when needed.

Monday: 6:45 am - 4:00 pm
Tuesday 7:45 am - 6:15 pm
Wednesday 6:45 am - 6:15 pm
Thursday 6:45 am - 3:00 pm
Friday 6:45 am - 1:15 pm
One Saturday a Month 6:45 am - 1:15 pm
