Our restorative and cosmetic dental practice is seeking a talented Dental Assistant. We are a close-knit, dedicated team that works together harmoniously to create a positive impact in the lives of our patients. 
 Our care is not just about the smile… it's about the patient's experience during each step of treatment.
 

The ideal Dental Assistant,
 
 *AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF CHAIR-SIDE DENTAL ASSISTING EXPERIENCE*

 Is fulfilling all the regular tasks of a dental assistant including but not limited to: 
 Good diagnostic x-rays and intra-oral photos 
 Comfortable with Dentrix , 
 Scanning 
 Setting up rooms, stocking, cleaning rooms, and Sterilizing instruments. 
 Helping the front desk when needed, including answering the phone.
 
 Passionate about Dentistry enjoys working one-on-one with patients, and thrives in the dental health care environment. 
 Seek dental and health knowledge and training to build expertise 
 Provide honest and confident feedback to patients about dental health and hygiene 
 Excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. 
 The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Neat and organized. 
 Work with the team to keep the office always READY. 
 Give the best service to our patients on their terms which may require all team members to be flexible and open to occasionally performing work/duties differently. 
 Build lasting relationships with patients 
 Set and achieve office goals 
 Wants to grow with the practice 
 Participating in marketing and public relations initiatives
