We are a new family owned & relatively new private dental practice, we are less than a year old and growing fast. We are a state of the art, modern & sleek dental office. We love innovative minds and teamwork.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced front desk/check in and check out specialist. The most important quality our candidate can have is to be personable, kind and go above and beyond for our team and patients.
personality, diligence and trainability count a lot!
Very big plus if candidate is cross trained as Dental Assistant as well
We are open Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays as we continue to grow more days will be added

Responsibilities
- Insurance Verification (AHCCCS and PPO)
- Insurance billing, claim denials and resubmissions
- Treatment plan presentations
- payment processing
- care credit experience
- OPEN DENTAL software experience a plus but not a must
- check in and check out experience
- cross training is a huge plus
- scheduling experience
- Any dental experience is a huge plus
- greeting patients and vendors
- exceptional positive customer service
- answering phones and taking new patient phone calls
