Front Desk needed in our dental office

Nice Nice Dental is looking for a friendly, happy front office person to complement our team, Were a small family-oriented practice in North Peoria near Happy Valley Road on Lake Pleasant Parkway. We are welcoming and inclusive. we are also growing in a great part of town.  

Who We Are
At Nice Nice Dental we are a general dental office. We see all ages and our target pts are families and seniors. We like to say  we're "so nice we said it twice." We really try to live up to that. Just being real, we're not perfect, but we don't expect you to be either. Together, we're better every day.

Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is happy and steady. We're all interested in our families and enjoy what we do. We all work together to get the job done. Our goal is happy patients who refer other happy patients. We use Open Dental software. It's easy to learn with a LOT of help available whenever you need it.

Responsibilities

Reception, front line greeter, and head cheerleader of the practice. Insurance verifier and question answerer (ins knowledge is a plus).  Communication skills are a must. You will need a strong general dental knowledge base. As a patient communication specialist, you should be able to explain dental treatment, while nurturing relationships with our friends.
