Spear Practice looking for Rockstar Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking for someone that will make our patients feel like family and like we have known them forever. As our Patient Care Coordinator, you would be the friendly face patients see when checking out, and the friendly voice patients here on the phone when scheduling.

Monday 6.30am-1.30pm

Tuesday 11.30am-6.30pm

Wednesday 6.30am-1.30pm

Thursday 11.30am-7.30pm

Friday 7.30am-1.30pm

 

Position Requirements

-Self-directed

-Excellent telephone skills

-Creative problem-solving skills

-Ability to function within a team environment as a supportive and positive contributor

-Ability to work independently
 • Socializer that can amplify and accentuate our culture
 • Skilled in verbal and written communication
 • Able to multitask
 • Detail-oriented
 • Knowledge of Major Dental insurances is a plus
 • Knowledge of Open Dental is a HUGE plus
