Front Desk needed in our dental office

We are looking for a full time (5 days a week) front office scheduling coordinator/receptionist to join our team. Previous experience in a dental office is a must. Our dental practice is located in downtown San Francisco. We focus on providing excellent care and customer service to our patients. The applicant must be a responsible professional who is detailed oriented, with strong organizational skills, and has a positive, outgoing and friendly personality. You must have great verbal and written communication skills, and be able to multi-task. Preference will be given to candidates who are experienced with Dentrix practice management software and Dexis, however, we are willing to provide on the job training for the right candidate. You must be computer savvy, as you will be scheduling appointments, scanning reports and x-rays, emailing, submitting claims online, and other duties.
