Qualifications
Dental assisting: 1-2 years (Preferred)
X-Ray Certification (Required)
Registered Dental Assistant/DA (Required)
We are an established general dental office located in Costa Mesa. We are seeking an experienced RDA as well as a DA employee to work full time. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Back office duties: General, Implant surgery, and Invisalign assisting. Infection control, sterilization of instruments/equipment, taking x-rays, consults/exams, treatment procedures, setting up and breaking down rooms, chair side assisting, and recalls. Minimum 32 hours a week.
Desired Requirements:
Current California RDA license preferred but not required
Prior experience working in back office is a plus
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as an assistant
Must possess strong integrity and work ethic
Reliable
Willingness to learn and strive for continuous improvement
Ability to be personable with patients
