Compensation: Competitive salary/commission-based pay, benefits package available

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients

• Carry out routine dental procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals

• Administer local anesthesia and perform pain management techniques as needed

• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care

• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient care and smooth clinic operations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards

• Stay current with developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development

• Ensure adherence to all clinical protocols, health, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Active dental license in [Insert State]

• Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)
