Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on general dentistry. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure exceptional patient experiences while adhering to the highest standards of clinical practice. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans. Perform a range of dental procedures including general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions. Utilize advanced techniques in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options tailored to their needs. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and practices, including proficiency in software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix. Experience Proven experience in a dental clinic or office environment is essential. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is highly desirable, along with experience in performing root canal therapy and other specialized procedures. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques is required.
