Summary We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Springs Village Dentistry. In this role, you will play a vital part in patient care by performing dental cleanings, assessments, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of delivering exceptional dental services. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Assist in the diagnosis of oral diseases by conducting medical imaging and patient evaluations. Maintain infection control protocols and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Proficient in periodontal treatment modalities and skilled at clearly communicating treatment options and benefits to patients. Document patient treatment plans and progress in the electronic health record system (Eaglesoft). Requirements Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of anatomy and infection control practices. Experience with medical imaging and patient assessment is preferred. Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental software is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
