Our ideal Dental Hygienist will excel in: Patient communication & education Removal of hard and soft deposits from teeth Examination of oral areas, head, and neck for signs of oral disease Record dental histories and documentation of periodontal & restorative conditions Partnering with the Dr. Julian to instruct and educate patients on oral hygiene and wellness, preventive dental care, TMJ, implants, and sleep apnea Taking digital x-rays and applying fluoride/sealants Our Dental Hygiene Requirements include: Associate’s Degree from ADA accredited dental hygiene school (new grads welcome!) Current state licensure HIPAA, OSHA & CPR Certified Certified in administering local anesthesia This is a part-time, Tuesday and Thursday position with patient care hours from 8:30am-5pm. No nights or weekends. One patient per hour and 90 minutes for SRPs. If you have experience with Dentrix and working in a digital office that’s a huge plus, too!
