Schedule: We offer an amazing work schedule that promotes a great Work/ Life balance Monday 7:00am - 3:00pm Tuesday 7:00am - 3:00pm Wednesday 7:00am - 3:00pm Thursday 7:00am - 3:00pm Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm Saturday Off Sunday Off Responsibilities: The Dental Front Office Coordinator should: Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority. Develop productive schedules. Manage patient documents and records. Engage and foster patients through a positive experience. Present treatment plans and collect payments Arrange payment plans for patients Knowledge of dental insurance verification Ability to submit dental insurance claims electronically Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience working in a Dental Front Office role or similar Strong knowledge of Dental operations Knowledge in dental insurance benefits Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
