Position Overview: The Lead Dental Assistant plays a critical role in the daily operations and patient experience of our practice. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about high-quality care. You’ll lead our assistant team, manage inventory, and take ownership of key aspects of our patient flow and specialty services. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the dental assistant team, including managing the assistant schedule Oversee supply inventory and ordering to ensure clinical efficiency Serve as the point of contact and clinical lead for our new patient experience, ensuring a welcoming and seamless introduction to our practice Assist with TMJ and sleep patients, and receive training to become the TMJ/Sleep Lead Provide chairside assistance for general and specialty procedures Uphold strict sterilization and infection control protocols Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Proficiency in managing dental inventory and supply ordering Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to be trained in TMJ and sleep protocols A positive, adaptable, team-focused mindset Current RDA/CDA and radiology certification Why Join Us?
