Assist in four-handed dentistry procedures by providing chairside support during treatments. Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate medical records while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations. Conduct medical imaging and documentation review to support diagnosis and treatment planning. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients. Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized care plans based on patient assessments. Stay updated with EMR systems and medical coding practices to streamline patient documentation. Basic qualifications Valid dental hygiene license in your state of practice. Proficiency in using Opendental software for patient management. Preferred qualifications Experience in pediatric dentistry and chairside assisting. Familiarity with infection control standards and aseptic techniques.
