Overview: Bright Now! Dental in Elyria, OH is looking for a caring, patient-focused Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team! If you love working with children, creating positive dental experiences, and supporting an energetic clinical team, weâd love to meet you.. Schedule (days/hours): Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM Responsibilities: Provide chairside support to the dentist during pediatric procedures Create a warm, welcoming environment for young patients and their families Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant License X-Ray Certification Compensation: $16-$22 / HR About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (âPTOâ), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
