We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at Castle Dental in Goodlettsville, TN ! This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you. Schedule (days/hours): Mon - Fri 8am-5pm & 1 Saturday a month 8am to 2pm Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures Maintain accurate patient records and update charts Qualifications: 1 year of Dental Assisting experience Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Tennessee Dental Radiology Certification (X-Ray) CPR/BLS certification Compensation: $18-22/hr About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
