Hygiene Assistant/Sterile Tech/Dental Assistant (West Valley)

Large two-doctor dental practice in search of an experienced and professional hygiene assistant. We are looking for someone that displays outstanding customer service, is enthusiastic, hard-working, and self-motivated to join our dental family! We are a well-established paperless practice, with a strong emphasis on patient care.

Job Requirements: 

• Applicant must be proficient in Dentrix and be able to chart notes and treatment plan in Dentrix with accuracy. 
• Must be familiar with digital x-rays, intra-oral cameras and 3D scanners. 
• Must have a minimum of 3 years recent experience in the dental field.
• X-ray certification required
• Current CPR certification

Our hygiene assistant works closely with our hygiene team and back office. Duties include but are not limited to: stocking and organizing hygiene rooms and supplies, assist with periodontal charting and x-rays, seating and dismissing patients, helping to maintain protocols that improve efficiency and daily flow, laundry, sterilization, lab work, and general dental assisting as needed.

This is a permanent full-time position. Hours average 40 hours per week. Monday - Thursday, 7:30am-4pm, and Friday 7am – 4pm.
