Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to children of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various dental conditions. This role requires expertise in general dentistry, as well as experience in pediatric dentistry. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure exceptional patient experiences and outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine dental needs Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care, including but not limited to dental extractions, fillings, SS crowns, space maintainers etc. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver optimal patient care Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continued education and training Skills Proficiency in dental software systems such as Dentrix Strong knowledge of dental terminology and medical terminology Experience in pediatric dentistry and working with children in a clinical setting Familiarity with medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry Ability to perform endodontics procedures and manage complex cases effectively Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge related to oral health Experience in dental clinic operations and patient management We encourage qualified candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional dental care to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
