This is more than just a clinical role â itâs a leadership opportunity where you will help guide and manage clinical flow, train assistants, and support efficient, top-quality care. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and workflow Support and mentor the dental assistant team Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside assistance Take x-rays, manage lab equipment, and assist with post-op care Maintain sterilization protocols and adhere to OSHA/safety standards Effectively communicate with patients, parents, and team members Maintain a smooth doctor schedule and support clinical efficiency What Weâre Looking For: Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in pediatric dental assisting in "Pediatric Dental Office " (clinical + managing clinical flow) AND Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory role Key Qualities: Positive, professional attitude with strong leadership skills Ability to foster a cooperative and efficient team culture Strong verbal and written communication skills Fluency in English Proficiency in dental terminology, x-rays, and digital systems Reliable manual dexterity and patient care skills Apply Today!
