Our high quality, patient focused orthodontic practice is looking for an assistant to join our excellent team. The position is for three to four days per week depending on your needs and qualifications. No evenings, no Fridays, and no weekends required. We appreciate your positive attitude, friendliness, and self motivation. You must be a good team player, be willing to learn, and be committed to exceptional patient care. Experience is necessary. You should be a certified orthodontic assistant, or certified dental assistant with orthodontic knowledge. You should have experience in most of the following; taking intraoral scans and photographs, taking and pouring impressions, taking radiographs, prepping for bonding, removing and inserting arch wires. We are happy to train the right individual if they are not comfortable in an area or two. Other duties include sterilization, general cleaning, and making clear retainers.
