Busy and growing, South Tampa practice looking for a dental assistant to help continue providing 5-star dental service to the wonderful patients of South Tampa. We are focused on providing a great experience and doing high quality dentistry with the latest technology. We offer competitive pay plus bonus structure that allows assistants to earn far above their base pay. We are a privately owned dental practice that is growing rapidly and looking for qualified candidates with 2 years or more experience. The practice is a general dental office that performs all specialty procedures. The ideal candidate will have some experience in specialty services such as invisalign, dental implants, root canal procedures and more. Responsibilities · Leading, supervising, and training other Dental Assistants · Maintaining clinical supplies and inventory · Educating team members · Greeting guests with a smile · iTero scanner training and usage · Prepping and educating guest before Dr. exam · Assisting Dentists with all procedures · Sterilizing instruments · Preparing treatment rooms · Recording medical history for each guest · Performing X-rays · Charting existing and recommended treatments · Performing other duties as required to support the office · Working collectively as a team to provide the best quality guest care What do you need to have to be a part of our team? · Active Registered Dental Assistant License · Current CPR certification · Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RDA in a dental practice Job Type: Full-time Projected Total Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Paid time off Application Question(s): The practice is open 1 Saturday a month.
