Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Albuquerque, NM
Responsibilities Dental assistants work closely with dentists and patients in a dental clinic, performing a variety of tasks: Patient care: Greet patients, take medical histories, and explain procedures Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials, and sterilize instruments Assisting: Pass instruments, hold equipment, and help with procedures like fillings, crowns, and extractions Education: Instruct patients on oral hygiene and educate them about oral health Recordkeeping: Keep patient records, document procedures, and process x-rays Other duties: Make dental impressions, clean up after procedures, and order and stock supplies 1 yr minimum experience required or more Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Paid sick time Paid time off Ability to Commute: Albuquerque, NM 87105 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Albuquerque, NM 87105: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
