Namay Dentistry is looking for an EFDA! Starting at $28.00/hour, based on experience Performance Expectations: Effective communication and accurate patient education. Establish trust and care in all patient interactions. Excellent chair-side assisting in four-handed dentistry. Design/fabricate high quality aesthetic direct and indirect restorations. Acquire clear, diagnostic quality digital radiographs using Dexis software. Organize treatment within CareStack and communicate needs accurately/effectively with Team members. Non-Essential Functions: Remain focused on a positive patient experience while preforming job tasks. Assist in other areas of work involving Namay Dentistry. Train other Team members if/when necessary. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stress or adversity. Skilled use of standard office equipment. Success Patterns for this position are: 1-3 years of EFDA experience in an office dedicated to a high Standard of Care. 1-3 years experience with CEREC Technology. A reputation for excellent demeanor with patients and colleagues. Experience working efficiently and contributing as a Team member.
