Front Desk Receptionist/Dental Assistant - Smileline Dental - Herndon, VA

Job Summary As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our Office. You will welcome patients and check them in. Scheduling appointments and booking follow ups over the phone. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Duties - Greet and welcome Patients as soon as they arrive at the office - Direct patients to the appropriate person and office - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls - Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries - Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk - Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock Skills - Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Maintain accurately patient records. - Professional attitude and appearance - Solid written and verbal communication skills - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise - Bilingual- Spanish/English preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.06 - $19.09 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Referral program Ability to Commute: Herndon, VA 20170 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Herndon, VA 20170: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
