What Weâre Looking For A patient-first Hygienist with a friendly personality and strong chairside communication Someone who enjoys educating patients and helping them feel comfortable Dependable, punctual, and a true team player Detail-oriented with perio charting, documentation, and follow-up Experience with digital charting is helpful but not required Comfortable working with both adults and children Clinical Responsibilities Providing prophylactic and periodontal cleanings Periodontal assessments and charting Digital X-rays Sealants and fluoride Oral hygiene education Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe operatory with proper infection-control protocols Qualifications Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program Current Texas state license to practice dental hygiene Current CPR/BLS certification Preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach About Ivory Dental We are a privately owned, patient-centered dental practice where you can truly make an impact.
