Here’s What You’ll Do (And Love): Patient Care that Matters: Greet patients warmly, ease nerves, and help them feel at home — every visit. Chairside Assistance: Be the right hand to the dentist during procedures, handling instruments and materials with confidence and care. Sterilization & Safety: Keep everything spotless and safe by following best practices for instrument sterilization and infection control. Lab Support & Follow-Ups: Pitch in with lab tasks and make sure patients leave with clear, friendly post-op instructions. Charting & Records: Help keep our records sharp, organized, and accurate — so nothing slips through the cracks. Smooth Office Flow: Support appointment scheduling, keep rooms stocked and organized, and help the day run like clockwork. Expanded Duties (if certified): Use your skills to the fullest, including coronal polishing and other state-approved, non-surgical tasks. What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of dental assisting experience Dental Assistant Certification (CDA or RDA) required EFDA, Radiology, or Coronal Polishing certifications? Even better. Confident with dental procedures, instruments, and infection control Experience with Eaglesoft or other dental practice management software is a big plus Great communication skills — with both patients and teammates Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Bilingual?
