Weâre looking for an organized, friendly, and dependable Manager with experience in dental office operations to keep our practice running smoothly and support our amazing team and patients every day. Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable (AR) , insurance claim aging, and monthly patient statements Prepare and present treatment estimates , explaining coverage and financial options Oversee patient scheduling to ensure efficient, productive days Support and lead the front desk team â including answering incoming calls and assisting with daily administrative needs Reconcile daily deposits and maintain accurate financial records Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative needs Qualifications: 2+ years of dental office management or administrative experience Strong knowledge of dental insurance , billing , and treatment planning Proficiency with Dentrix PMS.
