Dental Assistant - Gresham, OR area - Immediate start

Schedule: Mon–Sat (shifts vary: 6:30 AM–2:30 PM or 11:30 AM–7 PM)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Team: Work directly with 3 General Dentists

Responsibilities

Chairside Assisting

• Four-handed/six-handed assisting for all procedures

• Prepare rooms, trays, materials, and technology

• Support impressions, scans, and temporaries

• Maintain accurate chart notes

• Help ensure patient comfort and clear communication

Patient Flow & Team Support

• Anticipate next steps to keep the day running smoothly

• Communicate clearly with doctors and team members

• Adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

Sterilization & Infection Control

• Turn over rooms following all protocols

• Process and log instrument sterilization cycles

• Maintain a clean, compliant sterilization area

Supply & Equipment Support

• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock

• Help maintain organized supply and equipment areas
