We’re growing and we’re looking for a full-time Expanded Functions Dental Assistant to join our team! We seek an enthusiastic, confident, and friendly EFDA who: Excels in working on a team, multi-tasking, problem solving Is punctual and reliable Excellent communication with patients and team members Flexible and forward thinking Active Ohio X-Ray Certification ( Required ) Has 2+ Years of dental chairside experience (Preferred) High School diploma or equivalent ( Required) Licensed Expanded Functions Dental Assistant ( Required) Knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus! Responsibilities of the EFDA role: Effectively present & manage treatment of complex, reconstructive cases Place fillings (EFDA) Take digital x-rays, as well as intraoral photographs to complete records and aid in treatment planning Disinfect operatories between procedures See that lab cases are checked in and are going out in a timely manner Perform all of the clinical duties that are called for per your licensure.
