If you love making people smile and can bring sunshine to every interaction, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do Greet patients and families with a smile (and maybe a few jokes!) Check patients in and out, schedule appointments, and manage calls Communicate clearly and warmly in both English and Russian Help families navigate insurance and paperwork with ease Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Fluent in English and Russian (required) Outgoing, positive, and genuinely enjoys working with kids Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Previous dental or medical office experience is a plus (but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!)
