Dental Receptionist - New England Periodontics and Dental Implants - Bethel, CT

Busy, Periodontal office looking for the ultimate professional to join our team. Must have reliable transportation, be able to follow instructions, be a team player and have professional, business attire. Office hours are Monday- Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, no weekends or late evenings. Paid time off after 1 year. Duties include but not limited to: Job Responsibilities Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone Greeting patients upon arrival and completing any necessary check-in processes, as well as checking out patients Answering and managing a multiple line phone system Creating and maintaining an efficient schedule Complete clerical duties such as referrals, emails, communicating with partnering offices in regards to patient treatment as needed Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter Gain knowledge of office procedures and policies Collect and process payments Reconcile numbers and process daily financial reports Job Skills and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Computer Proficiency Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently Eaglesoft experience is preferred but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
