Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented, upbeat individual eager to join a fast paced and growing orthodontic team here at OWL Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics! We are looking for someone available Monday through Thursday from 7:30a - 5:00p and one Saturday a month from 7:30a - 12:00p. Responsibilities: Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Present treatment plans, explain financial arrangements, and schedule appointments Collaborate with the orthodontist, clinical team and front desk team to give outstanding patient-care Support patients and their families during their orthodontic journey Maintain proper documentation and patient records Understand and abide by HIPAA Be willing to grow and learn!
