Position Overview The ideal candidate will have strong chairside experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a comfortable experience for patients. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth patient flow, supporting the doctors, and maintaining the clinical areas of the practice. Responsibilities: Assist the doctor during a wide range of dental procedures Prepare and set up treatment rooms and trays Take digital X-rays, impressions, photos, and iTero scans (training available if needed) Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards Manage operatory turnover and patient flow Document treatment accurately in the practice software Educate patients and help them feel comfortable and informed Support the team with general clinical tasks as needed What Weâre Looking For: At least 1â2 years of dental assisting experience required Strong chairside assisting skills Familiarity with digital dentistry (X-rays, scanners, photos) Excellent communication and patient-care skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-growing, modern office Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience A supportive and friendly work environment A brand-new, modern office with up-to-date technology Opportunities to grow as our office expands Consistent schedule and work-life balance Strong emphasis on team culture and clinical excellence Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
