Dental Assistant – Esthetic Enhancement (Olathe, KS) Esthetic Enhancement is seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent patient care and is excited about helping our practice introduce and grow an in-house orthodontic program. The day-to-day responsibilities will include a combination of general dental assisting and supporting orthodontic services as the program develops. Position: Dental Assistant Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Requirements: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a dental assistant Current certifications required for the state of Kansas Strong chairside assisting skills and understanding of dental terminology Willingness to help launch and coordinate orthodontic services within the practice Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Patient-focused, positive, and team-oriented mindset Responsibilities: Provide chairside assisting for a wide range of general dentistry procedures Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, impressions, and maintain accurate patient records Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain operatory readiness Assist with ortho consultations, records, scans, and follow-up visits Help implement new workflows, systems, and patient education for the orthodontic program Collaborate with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming patient experience This is an excellent opportunity for a dental assistant who wants to grow their skills, be part of expanding service offerings, and contribute to a supportive, forward-thinking team.
