We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our dentists during procedures, providing patient care, and ensuring the dental office runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and tray setups for dental procedures. Take and process dental X-rays. Provide post-operative instructions to patients as directed by the dentist. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures. What We’re Looking For: Experience: RDA certification preferred but not required Skills: Proficiency in chairside assisting, taking X-rays, and using dental software (Practice Web is a plus).
